WATER QUALITY
The UK's water supply network provides us with some of the highest quality drinking water available on this planet. Water used for drinking, bathing and cooking must be high quality to keep us healthy. The chemicals used to purify water to this high standard and abstracting water from our local Eco-systems is a process that is harmful to our environment.
This high quality drinking water is then used to flush the toilet, transporting our sewerage through the waste water treatment system. Using such a high value commodity in this way is wasteful.
Our rainwater harvesting systems filter the water to remove particles and regularly circulate the water through UV filters to prevent bacteria growth. This ensures the water in your toilet is always colorless and odorless.
Your toilet will continue to function in the same way it always has, the only difference you may notice is a reduction in limescale build up.
INSTALLATION
We strive to install every system to cause minimal impact on the aesthetic of your home. In most cases all additional internal pipework can be completely hidden from view. UK designed and manufactured wall mounted slimline tanks keep the stored water from taking up ground space around your property.
All rainwater harvesting systems must comply with BS8515. This ensures that the mains water supply cannot be cross contaminated. It is always necessary to have a mains fed backup for when there is insufficient rainwater available. Our systems are designed to maintain a constant supply of water to your toilets even in the unlikely event of a complete mechanical failure.
